8 February 2011
This February at Trend Bible Towers we are…
Reading: The Great Gatsby in anticipation of the up-coming remake of the classic novel (Baz Luhrmann! Carey Mulligan!). Perfectly fitting with our Voyager trend for Spring Summer 2011! We’re also reading The Shallows: How The Internet Is Making Us Stupid by Nicholas Carr a part of our research for Spring Summer 2013. Tsk! Those fools who use the internet!
Visiting: The Tate Modern, London to see the Gabriel Orozco exhibition as part of our research into the rise of the unusual experience! We’ll also be checking out the New Museum, NYC, to see Mental States by George Condo with high expectations.
Watching: My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding on Channel 4. Oh come on – everyone is – it’s no fun being highbrow all the time you know! On the film front, we’re planning romantic dates to see Blue Valentine. Waterproof mascara at the ready.
We were impressed with the quality of the individual coaching. Not obtrusive or interfering, but genuinely steering the team to target objective.
