Trend Bible have a unique opportunity for a proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team in nurturing and progressing leads from inbound enquiries to qualified opportunities.

The Sales Administrator position will be an integral part of the Sales team, and in enabling Trend Bible to meet its financial targets.
The main goals of the role will be:
– Management of Trend Bible’s CRM to ensure the business has all of the sales and customer data needed to grow the business
– Management of the lead activity within the business, progressing warm leads to close stage, handing over to the Head of Client Services to close
– Driving of sales activities in line with the business and its priorities, to achieve company objectives
The successful applicant will manage the process of inbound enquiry management through updating of Trend Bible’s CRM, responding and following up enquiries, cleansing leads and data, filtering leads and booking sales appointments for the Head of Client Services.
Our ideal candidate would be interested in trends and understanding how people will live at home in the future. You will be proactive and enthusiastic, with the ability to implement and drive forward processes and procedures.
