Joanna founded Trend Bible in 2006, after identifying that the market for predicting the future of life at home was under-served and set to grow dramatically.

Underpinned with over 20 years of experience as a trend forecaster, Joanna sets the vision for Trend Bible and strategically directs the senior management team, driving the company’s growth with global brands in over 35 countries.

Ross Golightly

Non-Executive Director

Ross is an experienced Growth Strategist who works with ambitious, growth-led companies. He has over 16 years of experience and has held senior Commercial and Strategic roles across the UK, Europe and the Middle East for organisations such as Electrolux and PPG Industries. His firm, Sphera Consulting Ltd, has a broad client portfolio of high-growth businesses. Ross joined the Board at Trend Bible having previously supported the company during a 3 year period of significant growth.

Commercial Director

Beth leads Trend Bible through the commercial landscape by contributing to and activating our global growth strategy, to ensure we maximise all opportunities for profitability. This involves managing the Commercial team to ensure they’re aligned in vision and direction. The team consists of Business Development, Marketing and Client Services.

A strategic thinking creative, Hannah leads our Global Content and Subscription team. Self-described as “incurably curious, Hannah is a seasoned trend forecaster with extensive experience within the lifestyle, product and consumer spaces, focused on identifying the new and the next in order to deliver actionable insight and inspiration. Prior to joining the Trend Bible team Hannah honed her futurist skills in roles at WGSN – as Head of Youth, M Lab and BDA London and also in range of design and concept positions for esteemed youth and lifestyle brands.

Laura heads up Trend Bible’s consultancy division, working across disciplines, providing bespoke solution-driven consultancy that combines strategic thinking with commercial success.
