Founder & CEO

Joanna founded Trend Bible in 2006, after identifying that the market for predicting the future of life at home was under-served and set to grow dramatically.

Underpinned with over 25 years of experience as a trend forecaster, Joanna sets the vision for TrendBible and strategically directs the senior management team, driving the company’s growth with global brands in over 35 countries.

Ross Golightly

Non-Executive Director

Ross is an experienced Growth Strategist who works with ambitious, growth-led companies. He has over 16 years of experience and has held senior Commercial and Strategic roles across the UK, Europe and the Middle East for organisations such as Electrolux and PPG Industries. His firm, Sphera Consulting Ltd, has a broad client portfolio of high-growth businesses. Ross joined the Board at Trend Bible having previously supported the company during a 3 year period of significant growth.

Director of Trend Services

Naomi strategically and creatively directs TrendBible’s global trend forecasts and reports. With over a decade under her belt as a consultant to some of the world’s most well-known home and lifestyle brands, she has a keen eye for commerciality and the trends that will resonate across industries. Deeply curious and reflective, she thrives on decoding cultural, behavioural and aesthetic signals to uncover relevant, actionable future insights for both designers and strategists.

Laura Jolly Yan

Head of Consultancy

Laura heads up TrendBible’s consultancy division, working across disciplines, providing bespoke solution-driven consultancy that combines strategic thinking with commercial success. Based in London, with 15 years experience working with some of the largest retailers across industries including Fashion, Home and Interiors, Lifestyle, Beauty and Kids.
Laura has a keen eye for detail and is highly passionate about building and developing relationships with her current and future client base.

Hannah Craggs

Head of Subscription

A strategic thinking creative, Hannah leads our Global Content and Subscription team. Self-described as ‘incurably curious’, Hannah is a seasoned trend forecaster with extensive experience within the lifestyle, product and consumer spaces, focused on identifying the new and the next in order to deliver actionable insight and inspiration. Prior to joining the Trend Bible team Hannah honed her futurist skills in roles at WGSN – as Head of Youth, M Lab and BDA London and also in range of design and concept positions for esteemed youth and lifestyle brands.

Anri Hamilton

Baby & Kids Content Lead

Leading the Baby & Kids subscription division, Anri is responsible for the strategic and creative direction of industry-specific content delivered as part of My TrendBible. With over 12 years industry experience in trend forecasting, styling and design for home interiors, baby and kids and gift and greetings industries, she rejoined TrendBible following three years as Style & Trends Manager at Home Centre in Dubai. She is responsible for providing actionable, client-focused forecasts and delivering commercial design direction and future lifestyle trends to global Baby & Kids subscription clients.

Kate specialises in bespoke consultancy, working primarily with our Home & Interiors clients. As a design industry expert with over ten years experience, she advises on insight and design trends for retailers and brands across the globe. Wendy has worked as a trend forecaster and editor across multiple industries including Fashion, Baby and Kids, Home and Interiors and Lifestyle. She has a keen eye for lifestyle and market shifts, and a passion for colour, textiles and pattern.

Abbey Cook is a Brooklyn based trend forecaster with over 15 years of experience working with companies across fashion, home, and the hospitality industries. Abbey’s work for TrendBible covers US-specific cultural insights, trend scouting and trade show coverage. Through her trend research she has travelled to over 50 countries, giving her an edge in leading retailers, branding and trend agencies to stay ahead of their industries. Abbey has presented to Fortune 500 companies and has been a keynote speaker at various international trade shows.

Stefan Barksby

Head of Global New Business Development

Stefan’s role at TrendBible is to understand the future needs of new clients and introduce them to our products and services. Stefan has over 15 years of experience in the trend forecasting industry, previously working with London-based forecasting agency Stylus, and New York-based Stylesight.
