As our Client Account Manager, you’ll be the strategic link between TrendBible and some of our most important clients. You’ll own the client relationship, acting as their trusted advisor and internal advocate – ensuring our services deliver real value while identifying opportunities for renewal, upselling, and long-term growth.

This is more than a sales role. You’ll work collaboratively with our delivery, content, and trend teams to design solutions that make a genuine difference for our clients and align with TrendBible’s strategic goals.

This is a full-time UK-based role, with an expectation to be present at our Newcastle-upon-Tyne office. We offer hybrid and flexible working to accommodate your preferences.

Key responsibilities:-

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of high-value client accounts
  • Lead client communications—from onboarding and engagement through to renewal
  • Identify and convert upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver high-impact, future-focused solutions
  • Monitor client health and satisfaction, proactively addressing risks or challenges
  • Develop tailored growth plans and negotiate renewals and contracts
  • Represent the voice of the client across the business
  • Track performance and share data-driven insights that fuel strategic decisions

 

Some of the key skills, experience and attributes we’re looking for:-

  • Proven experience in account management, client success, or B2B sales – ideally within a creative, trend, or insights-led business
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow complex client relationships
  • A commercially minded individual adept at developing proposals & pitches as well as the ability to close
  • Someone who can confidently lead client conversations and spot new opportunities
  • Someone highly organised and proficient in managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously across different time zones.
  • A collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, insight-led environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills are essential
  • Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools e.g. Productive
