What is Neurodiversity?
Neurodiversity refers to the idea that there is natural variation in the human brain and that this should be recognised and respected as a normal aspect of human diversity. This includes those who have been diagnosed with neurological conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, Tourette’s syndrome, and other conditions. Neurodiversity advocates for highlighting future opportunities to celebrate, empower and respond to neurodiverse needs and perspectives in society, education and the workplace.
